Agreement

By creating a Peleka account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Peleka on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Acceptable use

You may only send email to people who have given you permission to contact them. Purchased lists, scraped addresses, and unsolicited bulk email are prohibited and will result in account termination. You must comply with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where relevant.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you create and upload to Peleka — your emails, templates, and subscriber lists. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and deliver that content as part of providing the service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes are prorated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly the acceptable use policy. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid, unused fees.
