Questions, answered
Do you charge per user?
No. Pricing depends on your contact list size, so you can invite your whole team on any paid plan. Each person gets one of five roles, from full admin down to read-only. The free trial is limited to a single user.
What counts as a contact?
Any active contact in your audience counts toward your limit, including unengaged ones. Unsubscribed contacts are excluded, but bounced or inactive contacts still count until you remove them.
Can I change plans later?
Move up or down in contact-list size whenever you want. Changes are prorated immediately, and your feature set stays the same at every size.
What happens if my list grows past my current tier?
Move up to the next tier any time from your billing settings. It takes effect immediately, and nothing you've built stops working in the meantime.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Annual billing is 18% cheaper than paying monthly, on every plan size.
Is there really a free trial, no credit card?
Yes. Every new account gets 500 contacts and 500 sends free, with no card required. You'll only need to add a payment method when you're ready to subscribe.
