What is Peleka?
Peleka is an email marketing platform for creators and businesses. It brings broadcasts, visual automations, smart audience segments, templates, signup forms and landing pages, and analytics into one product.
Who is Peleka built for?
Creators, small businesses, and ecommerce brands who want one platform for email marketing. Peleka works as a general email marketing tool, with optional integrations for stores that want more.
Do I need a Shopify or WooCommerce store to use Peleka?
No. Peleka works as a standalone email marketing platform without any store connected. Connecting a Shopify or WooCommerce store unlocks smart segments built from purchase data and revenue attribution, but it isn't required.

Can I build automated email sequences?
Peleka's automation builder lets you create visual, branching workflows triggered by signups, tag changes, or store events like an order being placed or a cart being abandoned.
Does Peleka support abandoned cart emails?
Abandoned cart is a built-in automation trigger for connected stores.
Can I segment my audience by purchase history?
Smart segments built from store data, like recent purchasers or order value, update on their own. A custom segment builder also lets you combine conditions with AND/OR logic.
Does Peleka support double opt-in?
Enable double opt-in per form, and consent gets recorded in an audit trail.
Can I create popups and landing pages, not just embedded forms?
Peleka supports inline forms, popups, slide-ins, sticky bars, and standalone landing pages, all from the same builder.
Do I need design skills to build emails or templates?
No. Peleka's builder is block-based (text, images, buttons, columns, and more) and built for people without design or coding experience.

Can Peleka show me revenue from my email campaigns?
Using last-touch attribution, an order gets credited to the broadcast a customer most recently opened (within 5 days) or clicked (within 30 days) before buying. It works the same way for Shopify and WooCommerce.
Pricing
How does Peleka pricing work?
Peleka prices by contact list size, not by how many emails you send, so you can send as often as you want without worrying about per-email costs.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account gets 500 contacts and 500 sends free, with no credit card required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Cancel from your billing settings whenever you want. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Security & compliance
Is Peleka GDPR compliant?
Peleka is built to help you meet your GDPR obligations: consent capture at checkout, self-serve contact deletion, automatic Shopify compliance webhooks, and a publicly available Data Processing Agreement.
Does Peleka have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
It's publicly available and automatically incorporated into our Terms of Service, so most customers don't need a separate contract.
