Deliverability & Sender Health
Your reputation, watched continuously
Peleka authenticates your domain, warms it up safely, and then coaches you in the moments that matter — before a cold campaign goes out, while it's running, and whenever a compliance check fails.

0.04% — well below the 0.1% warning threshold
How it works
What Deliverability & Sender Health actually does
Domain setup in minutes, not days
Peleka identifies your DNS host, generates your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, and offers one-click setup at the eleven most common registrars. If yours isn't on the list, you get the exact records to paste in alongside a direct link to your provider's instructions.
- DKIM key, SPF record, and DMARC policy generated on the spot
- One-click setup for GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, and eight others
- Exact records shown for any registrar not on the list
Warmup that adjusts to your history
A new domain jumping straight to full volume looks like spam. Peleka starts at 200 emails a day and raises the cap every five days, watching for bounce and complaint spikes along the way. A domain already sending regularly elsewhere gets a faster 8-day track.
- Standard warmup: 200 → 1,000 → 3,000 → uncapped over 15 days
- Established domains go on a faster 8-day track
- Pauses automatically if bounces or complaints climb too fast
Complaint rate alerts, before the damage is done
Peleka tracks your 7-day spam complaint rate against Gmail and Yahoo's published thresholds. A warning fires at 0.1%. A critical alert fires at 0.3% — where mailbox providers start rejecting mail. Each fires once a day at most.
- Warning at 0.1%, critical at 0.3%
- Fires once per threshold per day — no noise flood
- Tells you the complaint rate and which threshold you're approaching
Coaching before every broadcast
Before you send to an audience where more than 30% of contacts haven't opened in 180 days, Peleka flags it and explains why it matters. Gmail weighs engagement when sorting mail; sending to cold contacts drags down your sender score for everyone on your list.
- Flags when >30% of your send is cold (no opens in 180 days)
- Explains the consequence, not just the warning
- Dismiss for 30 days or permanently if you've addressed it
FAQ
Questions, answered
Do I have to configure warmup myself?
No. Peleka asks how much you've been sending, picks a warmup pace, and lifts the daily cap automatically as you go. Nothing to configure.
What happens if my complaint rate spikes?
You get an in-app alert telling you your current rate and which threshold you're approaching — warning at 0.1%, critical at 0.3%. Each alert fires once a day at most so you're not buried in repetitions.
What counts as a cold contact?
Any contact who hasn't opened any of your emails in the last 180 days. Peleka checks this before every broadcast and shows you how large that portion of your selected audience is.
What is DMARC and why does it matter?
DMARC is an email authentication policy that tells receiving mailbox providers what to do with mail that doesn't pass SPF or DKIM. Without it, spoofed or misrouted mail may reach inboxes unchanged. Peleka generates the record for you and checks it weekly.
Does Peleka re-check my DNS after setup?
Yes. Records have a way of vanishing during a website migration or a registrar switch. Peleka re-checks SPF, DKIM, and DMARC weekly and alerts you when something changes.
